Changes from Rev 1: Light theme (white/gray), no emoji icons, photos collapsed by default, single scroll row for thumbnails, checklist visible immediately without scrolling.

- Step progress dots — green (done), orange (current), gray (pending) on job cards
- Clean typography — SF Pro style weights, generous spacing

Next steps: Tim approves or requests changes. Once approved, ~2-3 days to code. Same features, completely new presentation.
